House Rules & Property Policies

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and premium experience for all guests at Manish Aura Grand, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules during your stay with us.

1. Arrival & Departure Timings

Our housekeeping and front desk teams require adequate time to prepare our generous spaces to the highest standard.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out: Strictly by 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Early/Late Requests: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to real-time room availability and may attract supplementary charges. Please coordinate with the front desk in advance.

2. Mandatory Identification

In compliance with local and state government regulations, all adult guests (18 years and above) must present a valid, original government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Accepted documents include an Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License. Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid proof of address or identity for hotel registration.

3. Couples Policy

Manish Aura Grand is a progressive, couple-friendly estate. Unmarried couples are warmly welcomed across all room and suite categories. To ensure a seamless check-in experience, both individuals must provide valid Indian government-issued identification at the reception desk.

4. Pet & Service Animal Policy

We understand that pets are part of the family. They are permitted on the estate strictly under the following conditions:

• Prior Request: Pets are only allowed with prior written approval from the property management.
• Security Deposit: A fully refundable deposit of ₹XX,XXX is required at check-in to cover any potential damages.
• Service Animals: Certified service animals are always welcome at no additional charge and are exempt from the standard deposit.
• Public Areas: Pets must be leashed in outdoor public areas and are generally restricted from entering the indoor dining venues and pool area.

5. Smoke-Free Environment

Manish Aura Grand is committed to providing a clean, fresh environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms, suites, enclosed corridors, and indoor dining areas. Designated open-air smoking zones are available across the estate. A deep-cleaning and restoration fee of ₹X,XXX will be automatically charged to the room folio of any guest found smoking indoors.

6. Visitor & Guest Access

We encourage you to utilize our ample spaces to meet and host your local guests.

• Public Areas: Non-resident visitors are welcome to join you in the main lobby, Kavish Café, Thaliya Restaurant, and outdoor gardens.
• In-Room Visitors: For the security and privacy of all residents, any outside visitor requiring access to the guest room floors must register at the front desk with a valid ID. Visiting hours for guest rooms conclude at 10:00 PM.
