Welcome to Manish Aura Grand.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), our booking engine, and your stay or event at the Manish Aura Grand property located at Manish Empire, NH-8, Opposite RTO, Darjipura, Golden Chowkdi, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390022. Manish Aura Grand is a property of Manish Empire.

By making a reservation, visiting the property, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation or check into the property.
  • Direct Bookings: Reservations made directly through our website guarantee the best available rate. All direct bookings are subject to availability and the issuance of a formal confirmation email.
  • Third-Party Bookings: If your reservation was made via an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or a third-party agent, any modifications, cancellations, or special requests must be routed directly through that specific platform.
  • Group & Event Bookings: Reservations for five (5) or more rooms, or bookings associated with banquet halls (e.g., Priyanshi Banquet) and lawns, are classified as Group Bookings. These are subject to separate contractual terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies provided at the time of inquiry.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Currency & Taxes: All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and local levies, which will be added to your final bill.
  • Advance Payment: Depending on the rate plan chosen, a partial or full advance payment may be required at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • Incidentals: A valid credit card or a cash deposit may be requested upon check-in to cover incidental charges (e.g., in-room dining, Kavish Café, laundry).

3. Check-In, Check-Out & Arrival

  • Timings: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon).
  • Early Arrival & Late Departure: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are strictly subject to room availability. Late check-outs past 2:00 PM may incur a half-day charge, and check-outs past 6:00 PM will incur a full-day charge.
  • Identification: In compliance with local regulations, all adult guests (including visitors) must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid proof of address.

4. House Rules & Property Use

  • Couples Policy: Unmarried couples are welcome across all room categories, provided both individuals produce valid Indian government-issued identification at check-in.
  • Smoking Policy: Manish Aura Grand strictly enforces a non-smoking policy inside all guest rooms, banquets, and enclosed public areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor zones. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied to the folio of any guest found smoking inside a room.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are permitted on the estate only with prior management approval. A refundable deposit is required. Certified service animals are welcome at no additional charge.
  • Visitors: Non-resident guests are welcome in our public areas, including the lobby, Thaliya Restaurant, and Kavish Café. However, for security reasons, all visitors accessing guest room floors must register at the front desk.
  • Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay without refund if a guest’s behavior is deemed disruptive, unlawful, or compromises the safety and comfort of other guests or staff.

5. Facilities & Amenities

  • Pool & Fitness: The swimming pool and 24/7 gym are available for resident guests. Use of these facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Turf & Pickleball: Recreational facilities like the 24/7 cricket turf and pickleball courts must be booked in advance. Hourly charges may apply for non-resident guests or specific extended usage.
  • Outside Food & Beverage: For health and safety reasons, outside food and beverages (including alcohol) are not permitted in the public areas, banquets, or lawns unless explicitly contracted for a private event (e.g., outdoor wedding catering).

6. Damages & Liability

  • Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damages caused to the room, estate property, or furnishings during their stay, whether accidental or intentional. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s final bill.
  • Lost Belongings: While every room is equipped with an in-room safe, Manish Aura Grand assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal valuables, cash, or electronics left unattended in rooms or public areas.
  • Vehicles: The estate provides complimentary open parking for up to 400 vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All personal data collected during the booking process, check-in, or via our Site is handled in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023. Your data is used exclusively to facilitate your stay, process payments, and improve our hospitality services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Force Majeure

Manish Aura Grand shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations (including honoring reservations or event contracts) if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, government mandates, pandemics, strikes, or utility outages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Manish Aura Grand website, including photography, logos, text, brand phrases (“Room to gather. Space to breathe.”), and design elements, are the exclusive property of Manish Empire. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

10. Website Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Manish Aura Grand website and our integrated booking engine, you agree to comply with the following digital terms of use:

  • Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, specifically to learn about our property, make legitimate reservations, or contact our team. You are strictly prohibited from using the Site to make fraudulent, speculative, or false reservations.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our booking systems; transmit any viruses or malware; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable Indian digital and cyber laws (including the IT Act, 2000).
  • Third-Party Links: Our Site may contain links to third-party services (such as our payment gateway or external booking engines). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
  • Site Availability & Accuracy: While we strive to ensure all information (including room rates, availability, and F&B menus) is accurate and up to date, Manish Aura Grand does not warrant that the Site will be completely error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update property information at any time without prior notice. If a booking is made under an incorrect price due to a technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation.
  • Limitation of Liability (Digital): To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manish Aura Grand and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including data loss or device corruption.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your stay, event, or use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Manish Aura Grand, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We have designed our cancellation and refund policies to be as clear, fair, and accommodating as possible, while ensuring we can continue to offer the highest standard of hospitality to all our guests.

Please review the detailed terms below governing room reservations, modifications, and refunds.

1. Standard Individual Bookings (1 to 4 Rooms)

The following cancellation windows apply to all standard reservations made directly through our website, reservations desk, or on-property team. Timeframes are calculated based on our standard check-in time of 2:00 PM (IST) on your scheduled date of arrival.

  • Up to 48 Hours Before Check-in (Free Cancellation): Cancellations or modifications requested at least 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time on your arrival date will be processed without any retention fee. You are entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit or advance payment.
  • 24 to 48 Hours Before Check-in (50% Retention): If a cancellation or modification is made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time, a 50% retention fee of the total booking value will be applied. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment source.
  • Within 24 Hours of Check-in & No-Shows (No Refund): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the standard check-in time, or failure to arrive at the property (No-Show), will incur a 100% retention fee. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

2. Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Processing Time: All eligible refunds are initiated by our billing department within 24 hours of the cancellation request. However, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Source of Refund: For security and compliance purposes, all refunds will be strictly credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., the same credit card, debit card, or UPI account used for the booking). We cannot issue cash refunds for digital transactions or transfer funds to alternate bank accounts.
  • Gateway Delays: While we process refunds promptly, exact credit times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway processing cycles.

3. Group Bookings & Events

To ensure the seamless planning of large gatherings and celebrations, group reservations require dedicated inventory management.

  • Definition: Any reservation consisting of 5 or more rooms, or reservations tied to banquet and lawn events, is classified as a Group Booking.
  • Terms: Standard cancellation policies do not apply to Group Bookings or Event venue reservations. These bookings are governed by a separate, custom contract and payment schedule provided by our Events & Group Reservations Desk at the time of booking.

4. Booking Modifications & Early Departures

  • Modifications: Requests to change booking dates, room categories, or guest counts are subject to real-time availability and current tariff differences. Modifications requested within 48 hours of arrival may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking.
  • Early Departures: If you choose to shorten your stay and check out before your scheduled departure date, the property reserves the right to charge for the remaining unused nights. Refunds for early departures are purely at the discretion of the management.

5. Third-Party & OTA Bookings

If your reservation was made through a third-party travel agent or an Online Travel Agency (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda), you must process any cancellations or modifications directly through their platform. Manish Aura Grand cannot directly refund or modify bookings made outside of our direct channels; the specific cancellation policies presented by the third-party platform at the time of your booking will apply.

6. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

In the event of unavoidable circumstances—such as government-mandated travel restrictions, extreme weather events, or natural disasters that physically prevent you from reaching Vadodara—Manish Aura Grand management will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis. In such exceptional cases, we may offer a free date modification or a credit voucher valid for future stays in lieu of a standard refund.
